top bolts/tool?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section.

Does anyone know where to find the bolts that hold the fiberglass top in place? I'm missing a few. Also, I can't find the right size security star bit. Everything at the hardware stores, if they have them, are too small.

The bolts are available from LMC for sure, not sure on the star bit. My Blazer was missing those already.

Thanks lectric, I'll have to check the catalog again when I get home. I swear I didn't see them in there the first dozen times.

I'm going to keep trying hardware stores. Oddball stuff like that I usually find at an Ace, but not this time.

Try a specialty place like fastenal for the bolts, or the junk yard even. as for the bit, my advance auto carries single torx bits for a 3/8 socket wrench on many sizes, so try an auto parts store

I know I saw them there before, but with the changes to the catalog to include Subs I am having a tough time finding them. As xeno said, most specialty bolts shops should have them.

I believe sears has the security torx bits. If not any of the big chain auto parts stores should.
