Torker Dome ?

I came accross a Edelbrock Torker dome tonite at a friends place. What would it be worth used. Also my motor is 350 with a mild Crane cam and lifter set and a Edlebrock Carb. Nothing fancy in the motor but would this intake be fine. People tell me it wouldnt help my truck, only make it heavier on fuel. Is this so.

Torkers are single plane intakes, and sounds to be a terrible match for your mild cam.

Thanks. I have a torker or a not sure of the name but duel carb setup intake for pretty cheap. Not gonna go with the torker now and would never consider the dual setup for gas mileage reasons.lol . I guess I will stick with the original until I come across a performer.
