torn up 10 bolt

hey when i completley tore up my 10 bolt on the front i just went to a junk yard and swapped one in so i could drive it and i havent gotten the gears right for 4wheel. i havent had the time do you guys know who might do it and how much>?

I think average is about $250-$300. Call around and see what you can find. I wouldn't pay more than that. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

How bad is the 10 bolt torn up? It is usually cheaper if you drop it off already torn down to keep their labor at a minimum.

If the 'bad one is rebuildable - redo it, and swap over the necessary parts when you install it....

Or....leave it like that for now, and search high and low for the front 60. Since you totally replaced the 10b, then this will probably happen time and time again..............
