torque q?

The proper torque value for a 5/8" U-bolt is 135 ft/lbs. You need to make sure you tighten the nuts evenly also.
 
I do 140 and then before/during/after trips I put a 1/2" drive breaker bar I carry in my box on them and make sure they aren't loosening up. You'd be surprised how much they can loosen up while wheeling.
