torque specs for a flex plate on a chevy 350 to auto tranny

what should i torque my flex plate down too?last time i did it at 45 ftlbs but i wasnt sure if it was enough and since im doin it again i might as well ask because i couldnt find anything about it in my Haynes book.
350/350/205
