Torque specs needed on exhaust manifolds!!!

87 Burb 454 with stock exhaust manifolds. Anyone have the torque specs on the bolts that go to the head? THANKS!! !

20 ft lbs cast iron
40 ft lbs stainless steel

WOW!!!

That's not much at all!!! What if i torqued it more than that? I mean, i gave it a little muscle with the wrench, and it felt like it may have been more than 20ftlbs.

Hoepfully I haven't screwed them up.

i don;t know, just what my manual says., SBC says 30 lbs

I've only got the Blazer manual and haven't got the burb one yet so I have no spec on the 454.

the factory manual says 20 also.

the haynes i have is 67-87 chevy pickups, includes 67-91 blazers and burbs. didn't know they made just a blazer manaul
