Please be a little more specific. There are all kinds of things that need to be torqued. I'm assuming you mean engine wise. All engines use different specs so you might want to give more details. 
If you have some specifics once and a while, post up, someone would probably know, or do a quick search.
The only source for the entire truck is a factory service manual. Chiltons or Haynes also have decent information. Never found a good source on line.
