i have a 88 jimmy and want to put a 6" lift with 37x12.50x15 pj dirt grips, but i am unsure how hard it would be for my 5ft 2in wife to get in my truck....can some one please give me a measurement from the ground to the floorboard, that has the same lift and tires i would appriciate it thank you

My 89 with 7" and 36's rocker panel comes almost to my waist...bout half way up the thigh....I'm 6'2". I've had numerous friends under 5'2" and they have no problems getting in with a little jump.

I dont have a jimmy.. but I got a pickup...

approx 7" lift and 40" hawgs (38.8") and my 5'5" wife constanty complains that I need steps as she cant get in..... gotta boost her and grab a feel :haha:

after 15 years I still act like it was the first time.....

the bottom of my door is 32" to give ya an idea...

You can measure to your floorboard now, then add 6" for the lift and however much more for the increase in tire height, then you'll have it.

:wink1:
