Im Picking Up A Good 89 Suburban 4x2 Cheap With The Tbi 350 And Im Assuming A 700r4 And I Think Its 3.73 I Cant Pass It Up A Neighbor Has It And Its Just Sitting Aroud He Has A Company Truck He Always Uses A 99 F-250 4x4 Desiel And I Convinced Him Finnaly To Sell The Burb Every Thing Works Front And Rear Air,all Power Windows And Locks Work No Rust It Does Have A Cheap Paint Job But Good Enuff Interior Is Clean For An 89 It Has Some Door Dings A Few Scratches Here And There All Normal. $1200..

But Heres My Question Does Anyone Know What The Code Is For The Rear Gears It Still Has The Sticker In The Glove Box And What Is The Towing Capacities For It.

Holy ****. Did you sleep through grammar class? If its a half ton, I believe the towing capacity is around 6-7K, 3/4 ton probably 8-9K. These are rough estimates though and if its a suburban I promise you it has 3.73 gears in it.

mine came with 4.10's

RPO code (from the sticker in the glove box) for the 3.73 is GT4 and 4.10 is GT5.
