No, they are not stock tow hooks for a 78 blazer. They are for the 81-87(91) body style. The stock tow hooks for 73-80 do not have the bend in the shank near the attachment point. They will, however, work on a 78 blazer.

Youll probably have to drill another hole for it to mount to but yeah it'll work. I got the same ones from the junnkyard and haven't gotten past mounting them to one hole and haven't drilled the other hole. But I'm gonna build my own bumper so I probably wont use them anyways, or mount them to the bumper itself
I read somewhere on here that the S type hooks are more likely to break than the straight ones.
