Tow strap and (2) towing shackles

I have a 30ft Tow/recovery strap and (2) big towing shackles(8 1/2 T) that are brand new.I The strap is in good shape except for a little fraying on one side. $40 plus shipping Located Hamilton,NJ (Trenton area).

Weight capacity of strap is 15,000lbs. It was in my truck when I bought it.I now have pics to send to those who are interested.

What is the correct way to measure the shackles?

Um if you could measure the center pin inside diameter, and if it shows a ton rating that would work too. i think you can just measure the diameter of the shackle

It says 8 1/2 T on it so I assume that means 8 1/2 tons?

I'll check it out and get back to you. I am figuring about $10-12 for the shackles. They are kind of heavy.
