towing question.. need replies fast please

Could I safely tow an 81 Chevy sortbox pickup using a car dolly type trailer using my 2005 Grand Caravan with a class II hitch? Thanks in advance.

What is the drive going to be like? Across town? Or across country?

It's 60 miles. Mostly highway.

Hmmm, all I'm.going say if if you do it leave trans in 3rd or shaft manually.

Those trans go bad when they pull their own weight around.

Flat land, 60 miles, worth a shot but, I can't say for sure

Id say if you are of sound mind and take the proper precautions, you should be ok.

Be careful it can be done and safely but if you have to react quickly safety goes out the window. So just be extra diligent about your driving.
