towing

So I’m planning on getting a boat in about 6 months and I need some thing to tow it with. At work the have 2 70’s blazers with 350’s in them and they both run and drive good. They just need some work. I’m looking at getting a 17 to 19 foot boat and was wondering how well a blazer would tow it. I’m not worried about it up hill but the boat pushing me around when I go down hill.

I use to tow a 19 ft. fiberglass ski boat all the time. No problems at all. Now I tow a 28 ft. camper all the time but I do have equalizing hitch, anti-sway, and trailer brakes.
