That's what everyone tome me and that is why I forked out the $$$$ and bought them. But mine were bald as could be by 24K . I wasn't doing any burnouts either but at the power level I'm running I may have been slipping them a lot when leaving stoplights with my 33' gooseneck. I think the weight may have killed them more than anything but IDK. Back to Cooper STT's for me.

I've actually seen otherwise my co worker put them on his company truck and pavement pounded the **** out of it for 50,000 miles on a 3/4 ton chevy with no tire rotation thats pretty amazing for a M/T

I've put 10k on my Toyo AT's and they still look new... they do okay but in mud they might as well be slicks.

The MT's are a nice tire, smooth for the tread pattern and do just as well as other MT type tires from what I've seen. They don't compare to a Swamper though...

I don't know that I'd run cut boggers with even a little street travel... I'd take a guess and say they wouldn't last all that long, but that is only opinion.

Yeah sounds like the weight and power tore the tires off that d-max on our heavier trucks at work we run toyo m-55's and they last quite a while on one ton d-max with big loads and are still pretty aggressive but are a 10 ply higher load range. They are definitely noisy though.

Also I may have mislead you on the cut boggers they are not everyother lug off they just went through with a regrooving iron and took about a quarter inch for a side biteprobably halfway down the side lug and then siped them.

What is described above will eat tires in a hurry. You won't notice the tire slippage, but with a turned up diesel pulling 33k lbs. you are have a combination of probably around 5% tire slippage (all the time, and worse on hills), a lot of weight, and a lot more heat = eats tires quickly.
