I swapped from the intake up. The rest of the motor is my old crate 350. My setup was off an 88 Firebird.
There is nothing real special about it beside it takes alot of planning and being ready from some problems and down time. Now that I have done it it would be alot easier to do again, but it was over my head the first time because I didn't do the research I should have first and I tried to just jump in and hope my mechanical abilites would pull me threw. With help and knowledge from many people they finally did.
Previous gas mileage was 7-9 mpg intown, 9-11 on highway. Now I can't really say with accuracy. I have my foot in it a little bit. At my last fill up I figured my mileage was a little over 10 MPG intown and highway both, but I did tow my Jeep around for part of that fillup and I was in D instead of OD for a while. So nothing truely accurate yet but I will keep you posted.
