I got a walbro 255lph fuel pump off ebay, mines an external inline but they make in tank pumps also.. i got this pump to supply my LS1 @ 58 psi, so it should be more than enough to supply your TPI @ 45psi.

This was asked about before, the TPI pump puts out fairly high pressure, but isn't this for a Vortec engine swap? I thought Vortec engines needed 60PSI? The TPI pumps don't put out that much.
