I still have to adjust the idle, then, go have fun. It already runs a lot better then my carb, and sounds so crisp! /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif

Looks good brother. You went with the SD setup I see. Nice. You will love it as soon as you get to drive it. Those pics are huge by the way. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Yeah Speed density, it was a deal i couldnt resist. I only had 16" of vaccuum, but they said they could (BARELY) make it work, well see. Oh yeah sorry about the size of the pics, I dont have a program to make the pics smaller.

Looooks awesome /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif /forums/images/graemlins/bow.gif

I don't care about pic size (DSL) but dialup'ers might.

I like the SD setup for the simple fact that you can bolt the K&N on the end of the throttle body. I think it looks really cool like that. I would have swapped SD instead of MAF into my truck for that reason but I got a great deal on the MAF setup. I may swap in the future to SD so I can get that really cool K&N on TB look. We will see though.

Rock on Brother!!!

Welcome to the club! /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif TPI rocks!

looks nice, someday i will own something that clean. i will keep dreaming at this point.

one question i have is....do you think it would help if you could pull cooler air in? it looks like that k&n is pretty close to fan and radiator.

Looks good! Congrats. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I'll be testing the cold air/hot air when my truck is running good. (dealing with bad MAF now apparently)

For pic resizing, I believe any version of windows will let you.

start>programs>accessories>paint

Open the file there, then image>stretch/skew. change the top two 100's to about 75 or so, and see how that looks. Easy enough for a few pictures, tedious for many.
