Traction or Ladder bar?

I am trying to find a setup for my truck to reduce axle wrap under acceleration.. Im not too worried about the loss of flex because my truck never had much to speak of. What setup would yall go with for a 12" lift?
I was looking at the tuff country ladder bar setup but it doesnt really say how long the bars are.

It may be getting a new powerplant towards this summer so i need to get this sorted out.

id go with a triangulated 3 link.

i have only 6" lift..via 2" block and shackleflip i made a traction bar with a shackle up near the tcase. I will have pics soon.
