how much rust does it have?

One little rust hole on the "C" piller. About 1/8" x 3/16", very small. It has been garaged and not driven in the winter.

not to hijack and not to sound like a dumba$$, but whats a nailhead v8? same as a flat head?

Not the same as a flathead. The valves have a small head and look somewhat like a nail. The heads are also horizontal with the ground.
