With a flexy suspension I imagine you're running limit straps? What about limit straps with adjustable mounting and quick release pins? Tire goes flat, move limit strap to keep axle from drooping, lift with high lift
Bottle jack may be safer in some situations (don't always have a flat spot to put one) but to me its just one more tool to carry and extra weight.
For me, I can put the hi lift under my rock slider and jack both tires up off the ground. Guess limited flex has some advantages
