if you really want power and lift for cheaper than $20,000 buy and s-10 4-door (or a blazer)
then do a sas on it... lift it enough to put some 38's (if its a mall cruiser look at the 24x10 xd-series rockstars on 38x15.5r24 kumho m/t's)
and for power order you a 350 from summit and stuff it in there... that would be the sweetest thing i can think of... big rims... big engines... big tires... all on a little truck.
