Trailhead Tire Deflators

Anybody used the Oasis Off-road Trailhead tire deflators?? Do they work well ?

If its the same one that they were trying to sell in Moab it looked real good. You could preset what pressure you wanted, and it would stop the deflation there. The problem was the price. A set of 4 was like $50. My valve stem remover tool was like $2. Was'nt a hard decision.
