Just wondering how much work is involved in swapping out my 700R4 and 208 with a T400 and 205. By work I mean any unforseen difficulties...tranny should bolt right up, I'm not sure about cross member and overall length.
I'm wondering if I'll also need different drive shafts. I will be lengthening mine regardless, (going to 8"). Will the front shaft bolt up to the 205?

You'll need to add the electrical kickdown switch for the TH 400. It mounts to the accelerator pedal linkage and a single wire runs down to the tranny.

I'm unsure on how the crossmember will line up. Chances are pretty good you'll need to shorten/lengthen both shafts. Is the T-case a fixed yoke?
