Tranny and transfercase popping indicator moving

Ok, 350 tbi, 700r4 and np241. When I hit the gas moderate - hard, my indicator will move, sometimes it will move from D to OD but it never actually goes into OD, and my tcase indicator will go from 2H to about half way between 2H and 4H (or 4L can't remember which is closer to 2H). Anyway, motor mounts and tranny mount is new. Any idea what could be the culprit? So far it does not affect performance but I fear if I don't fix the problem it will start to jump out of gear, etc..

Check your trans mount. If it has done it for a while, id check all your engine mounts as well.

Ditto, check those mounts, something is allowing waaaay to much drivetrain movement.
