Tranny is out! couple questions

Okay I finally got the tranny out of my 82 k5....Sorry i didn't take any pictures yet. One thing I"m curious about is what the big K stand for on the top of the tranny. I can only find that on 700r4 trannys pictures but i thought for sure I had a th350....Anybody know for sure?

Also when I put the rebuilt tranny in what will I need as for as seals. I didn't really see any......Mostly cocerned about tranny to engine and tranny to transfer case. Thanks!

K stands for a heavy duty case used in truck applications where the motor is tied to the converter cover.
