I have a th350 that I lost all gears in at once. I think it may be the front pump but not sure. I have been pricing a rebuild in my area but to me they seem high. The quotes I have been getting are around $400 to $450 with me doing the uninstall and install. Just wondering if anyone can give me a ballpark figure on a rebuild or if there is somewhere I can get a good rebuilt/remanufactured tranny for cheaper.
Thanks

Here in CO the quote was 650.00 for a standard rebuild on a 4x4. A 2 wheel drive C10 was quoted as 500.00.

Is that price with or without a new converter?

It seems a little high without converter and a little low with converter. If you are going through the expense of rebuilding it, you should install a new converter and/or have the old one flushed if it's fairly new. Also make sure you flush your cooler lines and cooler(s).
