tranny question

i just recently bought a 94 s10 blazer 4x4 4.3 vortec and have a question bout the tranny, i bought it for 350$ and all is wrong with it is the fuel pump. i want to strip the axles and put my 14bolt and 44 with 4.56s under it but is the current tranny computer controlled or what would i need to do to get a th350 and np205 under it. can it be done. im pretty sure it has the 700r4 but the tcase is driver drop. any help will be appreciated. i havent done much research yet as i just got it yesterday lol.

The tranny is actually a 4l60e computer controlled, or it should be. Are you planning on putting a bigger engine in? If not then the trans should be able to handle what you have planned. And you should be able to get the adaptor to mount a 205 to the 4l60e.
