Will the 6.2 Diesel tranny swap to the 350 engine?

yup,it should..
They bolt up the same.(same bellhousing on 6.2 as a gas chevy motor)..the torque converter has a lower stall speed on a diesel,and the govenor is set up to shift a little different,but you might not even notice it...you could put a gas engine torque converter and govenor in it if desired..a TH350 converter works in a TH400 too.....
