Tranny Vent

The plastic tranny vent tube broke on my 700r4. I am wonder if the other side of the plastic tube(inside the tranny)will it hurt anything, if it falls inside the tranny?
Also if I have to pull the tranny how hard is it to get to the vent tube?

you just hyave to take the pump off to get to the other side of the tube. If the tube just broke clean you should not have a problem with it getting in to the tranny. If you do take the tranny out insted of replacing with another one tap the hole use pipe fittings so you can then run a rubber vent line this also is better for off roading so you can put you vent line up high
