tranny ?

i have a th 350 tranny and the reverse is not woking to good on it sometimes it would kick in good and then the next time i put it in it would not work at all. so if any ideas out there let me know thanks

fluid level is good it almost wants to work but just wont and if its on flat surface then it works put real jumpy

i took the back drive line off and checked if it still worked and it did, so for some reason when there is a load it will not work any kideas?

the clutch hub is probably worn and it letting the steel plates spin instead of holding them still. thats why sometimes it works and some times doesn't /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

started working on the truck again and it will not move at all now forward or backwards i have the front drive shaft off and went thourgh 2H to 4LO and in 4LO after giving it a lot of gas it finally moved about 2 inch's but the front yoke didn't move could it be the t/c that is bad and not the tranny? any help would be great thanks.

most likely if there is no noise coming from the converter, then its not the converter. time to get it rebuilt /forums/images/graemlins/deal.gif
