I got a simple question for a difficult problem. Can you fill your transmission through the trans. dip stick? Just seems like and easier way.

Yes that is the way to fill it. Be sure to check the level with the engine running and don't over fill it.

Prolly a really stupid question but what does over filling do to the transmission, Will it harm the transmission.
Sorry for the newb question but i don't know much about automatic transmissions.

if you over fill a auto tranny the fluid can get air bubbles in it because it is to far up in the case theses air bubbles can get into the valve body and cause clutch packs to burn up killing the tranny
