i rebuilt my t-case about 7-8 months ago and it was the only thing on my truck that didn't leak after that. well i just got finished putting in a new motor and tranny a few weeks ago and now my t-case is leaking.

when i rebuilt my t-case i put all new seals and everything in it and the front output yoke had ridges worn in it so i replace that as well, now that is were the leak is coming from, is it possible that the nut has backed off and that's were it's leaking from? i don't remember useing any lock tight on it :dunno:

1.Which T-case?

2. What year vehicle?

3. What transmission is mated to it?

The leak began after your swap. Did you drop the case on the output during the removal for the swap. What procedure did you follow.

Need some more specific info here.
