Transfer case modification (yoke to flange)

What specifically do I need to search for to convert my yoke style transfer case output to a flange style? I already have the flange style driveshaft but am not sure where to look for the parts or info on the transfer case. It's a stock x-case in my '73.

Oh hah misread you post. I think it's a 203. Full time 4x4. New to the blazer scene though so I could be mistaken...

Are you wanting full-time 4x4, or would you like to get rid of that as well?

Haven't decided yet. Probably will change it to part time eventually...

You need to count the splines on the output, IIRC they had a 10 and 30 spline output on the front of the 203.
