Transfer case problem. any ideas?

I have a 1991 Chevy Blazer.
When I put it in 4 HI soemtimes it will slip back to 4x2.
I think maybe this started after I did a suspension lift.
Would something not be letting it go all the way into gear?

If you lowered the case when you did the lift then yes that's the problem. lowering the case changed the angle the linkage is at and it needs to be readjusted some.

Thanks for the help. I did lower the transfer case some. Any special way to adjust the linkage?

9/16 wrench, 2 of them. 2 nuts on the linkage rod, connecting the shifter to the T-case.
