i cant figure out why but my np 205 decides it doesnt like fluid and spite it out the vent on top of the transfer case. My question is why.
It only seems to do it when i go for a long drive.and its not much but i dont want it puking fluid.any thoughts on this.:dunno:

combo is a chevy 350 board 40 over. eddy heads, cam, intake(performer rpm)
Holley 75 double pumper carb
turbo 350 trans np 205 373 gears front and rear

I'd start by checking the tranny fluid...I'm thinking the seal between the tranny and T-case is gone and the T-case is getting overfilled by the tranny fluid leaking in.

that's what i thought but the fluid is still looks good, guess time to drain it and check

well that complete gasket and seal kit i bought will come in handy

can the fluid get hot and spit out?

only other thing is it ok to mix synthetic with regular fluid, because i topped it off with royal purple.
