First let me thank anyone who helps me with this problem. I recently purchased a 76' K5 blazer that I am in the process of rebuilding. I am wanting to swap out my NP 203 for an NP 205 from my 77' Chevy pickup. The pickup has a 4 speed manual, my Blazer has a TH350. I would like to keep the 350 for now, but may change out for a manual in a few years.

What kind of adapter(s) do I need to do the swap? Or would I be better off to wait and swap the transfer case when I swap the transmission?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need the trans to t-case adapter from a first gen TH350/205 truck and you need a 27 spline input gear in the 205 (which can also be found in the same first gen K5 stuff).

You will also need the coupler. Don't forget that both driveshafts will need to be reworked also.
