I have a 68 longbox 4wd, and i have noo idea how to tell tcases apart.. i know its probly been in threads before, but you know how that goes, searching for hours and not coming up with anything.. so any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

you might have a older newprosses before the 205 style or a rockwell for the age of your truck. post a pic if any questions.

Look on the rear of the transfer case for a diamond shaped raised casting. If its there, its a Dana, probably a Dana 20.
