This is a cross post from the build thread. There is a lot more traffic in the garage. So hopefully I can find an answer to my issue.
I pulled off the rear drive shaft to inspect the spray and leak of transfer case fluid. The output shaft seal works perfect. As soon as I pulled the shaft out a pool of fluid came out of the tail housing. Is there something I'm missing? I looked for that washer everyone says is the issue. I didn't see one and everything was clean and shiny. Was the case just over full?
