Couple weeks back I dropped the transmission and transfer case off the blazer to get the tranny rebuilt and the tcase resealed. Today when I went to bolt them back up they seemed to go into place but the crossmember on the transfer case doesn't want to bolt back up. Right now it is about two inches short of the passenger side frame rail when bolted up on the drivers side. Almost like the frame widened or the crossmember shrunk. I've got a 454 backed up by a th350 with an np203. Anybody have any ideas?

Sounds like a good idea, I'll track one down tommorow. Just to make sure I'm on the right track, I'm going to use it to squeeze the frame rails together right?

A frame can flex that much outa alignment? Did you remove both cross members when you did the tranny and t-case?
