I'm going to put a tranny cooler on my 84 Jimmy and need to know which transmission hose going to the radiator (top or bottom)is the input vs. output hose? Thanks
Brad

Not sure but a manual will tell you.You have a manual right. It's not the cleanest way but just unhook the top line and have someone start it real quick. If it comes out the tube thats the feed.If it comes out the radiator it the return. You are going to have to disconnect the lines anyway to connect the cooler.

The best, cleanest and safest way is to start the truck let it run and touch the cooler lines. The hot one is going to the cooler, the cooler one is return.
