the tran shop just finished my th350 and well the output shaft is to long. they said the theres only one th350 and the out put is not wrong becose there is only one. so what do i do im trying to mount it up to my np205 but it wont work. i know there is another output i just need to find it does anyone know where i can. thanx

all advanced adapters has is the output for a 700r4 to hook up to a np205 i just need the stock one someone must know where i can get this iv looked all over the net im begging please /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif

acording to my book, the 4x4 th350 output shafts are all the same. /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

how much longer is it than you need? they might have put a 2wd shaft in it /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

it sticks out of the adapter about 3 inches

did you put the tcase on it yet?

no becose it wont get close enough to bolt to the t-case after you put the sleeve on it, the adapter is about 4-5 inches from the t-case, and i thought they used a longer trans. output on the np208 than the 205 if what yall are saying is true ill have to figure it out ill try and post some pics tomarow

the 208s did use a longer output shaft. my book only shows upto 80, in 81 is when the 208 started 82 most vechicles got a 700r4.

if its 4-5 inches from the adapter and tcase when mocked up, then it sounds like they put a 2wd output in it.
