transmission issue

hello all,

i am having an issue with my truck, it has a th350 and a bb454 engine in it..

the thing is sometimes when put the transmission in Reverse or in Drive it just doesnt go as if its in park... i move it around or give it some gas then it shifts... what could be cauzing this to happen?

yes it is..

the problem just happens once from time to time... when it transfers onec the problem is gone...
