I need some answers, about my 76' K5 blazer 4x4. Transmission stopped working while I was driving RPMs ran high but no responce from tranny. No fluid spilled, and no grinding noise. It is a 350 turbo tranny. Please help.

torque conveter is probably gone or the clutches in the trans are gone

sounds like something let go inside... pm me for more info on how to check this as i do transmissions... Btw (i have a good th-350 hear if you need one).. Nate
simple test. check fluid level cold. then fire and recheck. if same and not lower front pump blew up. no fluid movment = no go. had this problem on a 700 one time.
