Transmission question

I have 90' k5 350 with a bad 700r trans and a 241 tcase. My question is will a turbo 350 trans work with my setup? if so what mods will I have to do.

I would keep the 700, but if I was going to swap any trans, it would be a 400.

The answer to your question is yes. It CAN work. However it will likely cost you just as much to make it work, as it would to just rebuild the 700r4. The 700r4 is a much more desirable transmission as it has an over drive and lower first gear. If built correctly it will be just as strong or stronger than the TH350.

A shop will charge you around $1500-2000 if your case is still good....

If you remove it yourself, and bring just the trans, it might save you a couple bucks.
