Transmission/transfer case question

In a '78 3/4 ton 4wd truck, what transmission(auto) and transfer case came from the factory? Is the transfer case a slip yoke design or fixed yoke?

The 3/4 tons should have the TH400 and either the NP203 or 205. I have seen some 3/4 tons with TH350's before. 78's should also be a fixed yoke on the t-cases.

Some had 350 and others had 400 but all had 203 t-cases. Only standards by 78 had 205's. The put 205 back in the lineup in 80 for standards and autos.
