Hi guys,
My problem is my transmission. Today it just started whining and shifting weird. It use to shift smooth. I noticed the fluid was a little black, but don't want to pay to have it flushed out if I am looking at getting a new transmission. It's a '89 GMC Jimmy, full-size, with the 700R4 transmission and NP241 transfer case. Should I just start pricing a new transmission or have the fluid flushed and see what happens?
