Ok, so i got this new truck with a 700r4. it's just been rebuilt 3 weeks ago. now i lost all gears but first. and this happened the last time the tranny was rebuilt by the same guy the same thing happened. i'm thinking valve body? what do ya'll think? if so, where can i get a stock replacement valve body. oh, and no the valve body wasn't replaced on either rebuild.

try a governer and a new builder /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif

well, since the exact same thing happened before, i would do whatever you did the first time. Maybe he forgot to put in your 2nd and 3rd gear /forums/images/graemlins/doah.gif
