for those of you have done the swap to the cs144 transport alternator wiring, I have a question. I have the adapter to go from the connector on the transport alternator to the chevy connector. The I have the plug that came with my wiring harness. It has two wires on it, a white "alt excitor" wire, and a black "alt battery" wire with an eyelet on it. Am I to assume that it's just a ground, and the excitor wire connects to the wiring harness somewhere?
