Ok, first of all, I am correct that the BIG tre's are part #'s ES2234R and ES2010L correct?

Second, I have a 79 Ford style Dana 60 front, what will I have to do to the knuckles to make these fit? I assume I'll have to get a tapered reamer and ream them out... Anyone know what the taper of the reamer is and where to get it?

Third, what is the thread on the TRE's that thread into the tie rod?

Hey,
You have the right part numbers and they are a 7/8's thread. Don't know on the axle though.

7/8" UNC or UNF?

I'm trying to figure out all the stuff I need to make my new tie-rod before my redneck ram gets here...

I run those same TRE ob both my tie rod and drag link. They are 7/8"
Dunno about the Ford d60.

They are 7/8-18...but that is not a UNF thread (7/8-14 is UNF).

So does anyone know if the taper is 1.5 or 2" a foot on the TRE's?
