Specifically, a plastic reservoir, installed in the vehicle, with ABS.
I use a 4oz. syringe with some tubing on it to get to the bottom of the reservoir and vacuum out the nasty brake fluid at the bottom, but there's still some residue left in there, even after going thru nearly a quart of fresh fluid (pour it in, syringe it back out). I'd like to get the nastiness out before I bleed the brakes, since I don't want to send that funk thru the ABS unit.
Any tricks/tips on this?
